The dough of our noodles is flattened into sheets using the ‘nine phases press’ method and then separating them into fresh strips of noodles, and It won’t get mold quickly. This method makes noodles chewier and fragrant. The noodles are produced with selected flour, smooth and refreshing taste;  The noodles are vegan, which are suitable for vegetarians, natural, nutritious, and healthy, free of artificial additives and preservatives.

Cooking instructions

  1. Boil water properly put noodles into boiling water, stir gently with chopsticks for about 5-6 minutes.
  2. Filter out excess water; add various condiments, sauces, seasonings according to your preference.
