Non-fried, non-fat noodles at its simplest form unlike the common instant noodles containing large amount of additives and fat. This healthier option of instant noodles are made to replace the current instant noodle selections.

The Wide Noodles, Sun Dry Noodle are 90g per serving. The noodles are made from strips of dough measuring 1.1 cm in width, then embossed in a wavy mold and finished by drying them under the sun.

The Thin Noodles have a chewier texture. The noodles are packaged in a Japanese fashion to cut down on unnecessary space thus making them easier for delivery.

Handmade, colorful darker shade noodles are heated then carefully boiled so they remain firm, and simmered, braised chitterling is added that leaves people coming back for more.

Somen is often provided in many of Taiwan’s traditional celebrations, especially festivity in temples. 70% of temples from different districts across Taiwan has been ordering these noodles and still do so to this day.

Specially made for children aged 6 months and above, these sodium-free noodles are made to help young children learn the basis of chewing and swallowing solid foods. The length of these noodles are designed to make cooking and consuming easier.
These noodles are made without any salt, artificial additives or colors that will not put any burden on the children’s undeveloped stomachs.
